    Please make sure that the vendor status is “Active”. You can navigate to wp-admin -> Users -> Edit the vendor profile and check if their adding product permission is enabled. If enabled and still not showing then we may need to check if your theme is conflicting or not. You can switch to a default WordPress theme like as Twentytwelve.

    i switch the theme,and it work, so what can we do to fix this ?

    Great to hear that it worked with another theme. So, your theme is conflicting with Dokan-lite. We suggest you to use another theme because we are unable to provide support for any third party theme or plugin conflict.
