Vendor registered as subscriber and no notification to admin to approve vendor.

First of all i want to thank you guys for providing so much for so less. Actually i don’t get any notification when vendor registers so i can approve him, instead he is assigned as subscriber. And even i turned off approval is needed but still it sometimes shows that you approval request is sent. wait for approval even when i turned off approval for vendors. I have latest version of WCFM, actually i am looking to buy ultimate version too but because of this problem i am not able to. Please help i can even provide admin access if needed. Thank You Very Much!
