    Good Day,

    Is it possible to register a vendor but not give them automatic access? Basically I need them to be approved by the admin before they receive access to the vendor dashboard.

    Kindly navigate to the WP Admin > Dokan > Settings > Selling Options and disable New Vendors Product Upload like this screenshot. Then unless you approve your vendors, they will not able to upload any products.

    In that case, you will need to manually approve them from the WP Admin Dokan > Vendors.
