Vendor Registration User Role Problem

  • Hi,

    I have an issue with vendor registration. For example, when the vendors registered through a registration page, their user role is subscriber. In the WordPress settings, I already set my new user default role as a vendor but they still got the subscriber role after registering. My goal is to set the registrated vendor as pending store vendor before approval. Can you help me to solve this issue?

  • Dear hanasana955 I use the Forminator plugin to create a user registration form. With this form I can define the user role. Bear in mind that vendors can add their addresses via the “My Account page, but you will have to define the store name for each vendor.
