Vendor Specific Attributes

Hi, I have some vendors who are mobile and will go to customers and some vendors who will have the customers come to them.

I would like the option to have a filter on my product pages that will allow the customer to choose “mobile only” if they only want to see the products from the mobile vendors.

Right now I have product attributes set up that will allow me to label the product “mobile” or “not mobile” but I am wondering if there is a way for me to set up attributes for the vendors so that if a vendor is “mobile only” that will label all their products the same?
