Vendor Store Url

    Hello,
    I just switch from WC Marketplace fact is that i have around 84 vendor in my shop who has url with vendor_store_slug_ [example.com/vendor/mystore]. Again in WC Marketplace backend I was able to edit vendor store name.
    Now my question is how can I keep [example.com/vendor/mystore] this format for the vendor store url instead of [example.com/vendor/my-store] which is WCFM Marketplace url format.
    I don’t want my vendor loose their social media sharing link.
    Please update me because I am struggling about this issue since 10hr.

    Hi,

    What you want to edit? Vendor’s store name or store slug?

    Well, WCFM Marketplace allow you to edit both. Admin and Vendors both are allow to do so.

    As Vendor you edit these from setting panel – https://ibb.co/sWBFpHv

    As Admin you may edit this from Vendor manage page.

    Check under “Store Settings” section, there has option to Store Name and Store Slug.

    Hello,
    One Last thing, why vendor can’t see the past order after migration through WCFM Migration tool?

    But the total order is listed in https://www.example.com/profile/orderslist/

    Well, WCFM no more compatible with WCMp version 3.4+ (https://wclovers.com/blog/were-breaking-up-with-wcmp/)

    Main issue was it’s new order system, we were failed to handle that much of issues and finally give up.

    So, migration tool also not support order migration as we were using WCMp 3.4+

    Sorry, but we are helpless at this point!

    Hi there,
    How can i update the vendor manually from admin dashboard? And my vendors are getting old orders mail now(!) What could be the issue?

    Go to WCFM Dashboard as Admin – Store Vendors – edit/manage any vendor from here.

    Old email? For what purpose?

    Old mail about getting new order which is already done days back and actually no new order placed.

    They all were marked completed after migration from WCMP.

    Really strange! Without update/change how email can be generated for an order.

    Is this “Store New Order Email”?

    Membership – that’s great. Look under any vendor manage page, there has “Membership” section.

    If not visible, then go to WCFM Admin settings – Modules – Be sure membership module is ON.
