    Since the last update, vendors can no longer connect to Stripe to be paid. Under the Store Manager > Settings > Payment. The “Connect to Stripe” button simply refreshes the page.

    In Stripe we see:

    resource_missing – account
    No such account: ‘acct_XXXXXXXXXXXXX’

    In Woo Logs, we see:

    ERROR Can not verify details submitted. Reason: The provided key ‘sk_live_XXXXXX’ does not have access to account ‘acct_XXXXXXXX’ (or that account does not exist). Application access may have been revoked.

  • I have reported this issue to them almost 2 months ago and still not fixed.

    Same issue here. Support told me it was to to with not having all info completed in stripe connect set up, logo, business name etc, and that stripe were enforcing this more strictly recently, I checked and all my info is supplied, so awaiting a fix. I think it is possible to to add vendors manually in Stripe Connect and send then an onboarding link to complete the process if that helps.
