Vendors can’t add / edit products from within the WordPress dashboard

    Vendors can’t access the admin backend , and can’t add/edit products from within the WordPress dashboard. Add product url is redirected to vendor’s dashboard.
    In Settings-> Capabilities , Allow vendors to edit published (live) products is checked already. How can a vendor can add product? or Is there any option to add product from vendor dashboard?

    This is our free forums that are checked once a day during the week and once over the weekends. We try our best to answer these within 24 hours however sometimes this can be delayed.

    Usually when your vendors cannot access the wp-admin this is due to a theme or other plugin restriction. You can check this by switching to the storefront theme and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and WC Vendors Marketplace. This will help determine if there is a setting issue or a problem with your particular configuration. If the issue goes away then you can then re-enable the plugins one at a time to see which one causes the issue or if it is your chosen theme.
