• Hello everybody,

First of all I would like to apologize in advance because it is a bit difficult for me to describe my problem here, because I am German and my English is not perfect and for another because the problem is difficult to explain.

I run a restaurant and have several events several times a year. At some events we have vendors who have to pay a fee. However, not every vendor can participate. The procedure should be as follows: A vendor signs up and describes his product. Now it is decided by us whether this seller is allowed. If so, he should be able to pay the fee within a time limit.

I have no idea how to implement it. I would be very grateful if someone could give me a solution approach.

    Thank you
    Dirk

  • Maybe just make it simple. Create and publish a simple form for vendors to fill out with important contact information like phone and email. If you like their vendor idea or accept them you can then send them an invoice to pay – either direct link to paypal or a WooCommerce donation or something like Sliced Invoices. Looking into this I found a plugin that seems to combine the best of both worlds WooCommerce and Sliced Invoices called Woo Invoices.

If they don’t pay on time they don’t get a spot and you email them telling them so or something similar. I can’t say this is something I’ve done before but if you’re looking for a free route to put this together the above may work in your favor.
