Vendors not getting their share of the sale/commision

The payment in Dokan depends on your payment gateway. If you will use any adaptive gateway like Dokan stripe connect then the payment would be split to the admin and vendor directly to their account.

But if you will use any non-adaptive gateway like standard PayPal or bank transfer then the money would be received by the admin and then the vendor will make a withdraw request to the admin. After approving the request, the admin will send the vendor commission manually to the vendor PayPal or Bank account. Only Dokan Stripe Connect will allow the automatic payment. As the feature is not available in the free version I am unable to discuss more details in this forum. You can contact here if you need more details.

1) If customer use bank transfer, will vendor report reflect the earnings? Admin side shows the commission but when I view from vendor frontend, it did not show the earnings. Vendor side only shows the Sales amount. Can we configure it to show it on vendor frontend the earnings they will receive? It does not make sense to show the commission amount on admin but vendor do not get to see their earnings.

2) Another question about Dokan stripe connect, you mention payment would be split to the admin and vendor directly to their account. Is this process instant upon payment by customer or admin has to mark the sale as completed before the payment is split to vendor?

1. The vendor report does reflect the earnings when the order status is changed to ‘completed’.

2. Yes, when a customer completes the purchase the split transaction between the admin and vendors happens instantly. The order status is also set as ‘completed’ automatically.

same problem I’ll change product status completed but it’s not showing vendor earning information plz solved this.

With the free version of the plugin, the vendors can see the earning on the product section. Have a look at the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/os77jy

So the vendor can know the amount they earn from the product dashboard menu.

Navigate to wp-admin–>Dokan–>settings–>Withdraw

Mark order status for withdrawing completed and make sure there is no threshold set. If there is any threshold set the earning will show after the threshold ends. Means if you have a 7day threshold: https://prnt.sc/nu7y2b, then after the order is completed it will take 7days to show on the earning.

Please check if the completion of the order has crosses 7days. If yes and the issue remains, let me know.

If you are using the free version, then the earning should be on the vendor dashboard section as soon as the order status is completed. In case it is not, please contact our here and allow us to analyze the issue in more details,
