vendors not receiving sales email

please help its urgent

selected View Frontend sales reports in settings now where can i see report for vendor on front end as its not showing in frontend anywhere in my account section.

For the email: Please start by going through each step of our email debugging guide to see if this is due to one of the common issues. Also, the Post SMTP plugin is very useful & helpful for email dispatch and logs:

The vendors can view sales data by visiting the vendor dashboard page , by default the permalink is vendor_dashboard/ but it will be whatever page you have the dashboard shortcode. The first option they will see is Sales Report with dates to use to select.

thank you ma’am for your reply i tried debuggin mail issues steps before writing this post. thing is all emails are working just vendor notification not working which sends email to vendor for sales generated.

i remember i might have done something to disable it in past i guess. not sure though. can you tell him how to disable vendor notification emails ? i might have done this and forgot.
