Vendors page information not showing

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the vendors page. The link seems to be OK (www.website.com/Vendors/Shopname) but the description of each vendors page is not showing. When I click on the vendors page link it shows the products of that vendor but not the description.

    Any clue why is this happening?

  • Hello,

    It looks like your theme might not be supporting WooCommerce properly. I use actions and filters built into WooCommerce to show this information. Can you try with the storefront theme and see if the information is displaying correctly?
