    Hi,

    Thanks for get in touch with us.

    Well, you may totally disable “Policy” module from WCFM Admin Setting -> Modules

    If you want to disable this for vendors then go to WCFM Capability setting and make this OFF for vendors.

    Now, if you want to do this for specific vendors then you have to install WCFM – Groups & Staffs (https://wclovers.com/product/woocommerce-frontend-manager-groups-staffs/), this will allow to set individual vendor specific capability options.
