Vendors registrations not showing up in pending vendors tab

Hi Team,

I have received a few vendor registrations and they have also sent me screenshots of the ‘registration submitted successfully” message.
These registrations appear in the “User” tab of WordPress as well, However, they do not show up in the pending store vendors tab nor do I receive any email or notification of registration.
It has been over 2-3 hours since the registration occured and still not showing in the pending vendors tab.
Also, The advanced vendor registration settings in the admin panel seems to be broken as in no data is being displayed. Please see the screenshot below.

Please help to fix this on priority as these are our first vendors getting onboarded.
