    Hi, PayPal donation and Venmo are both enabled and working on my site. Venmo shows up as an option on desktop, but not mobile. Please help!

    Hi, @kimherbs.

    We’ve investigated it and we found that you’ve uncovered an edge-case issue with our Venmo integration. What is happening is that the Venmo option does not show up on mobile or diverse conditions.

    For example, PayPal’s own documentation indicates that Venmo will only appear in Safari on an iPhone, and only when the Venmo app is installed.

    But we have tested it previously and it worked on different browsers too, so we need to find out what is going on and discuss it with the payment gateway.
