Since posting my original cry for help I’ve registered an API key but no change on my site at https://www.ausbgf.org.au/event/newcastle-open/

We are using 3010 theme at https://www.mythemedetector.com/thirtyten-wp-theme-116941

We have tested switching to Twenty sixteen and everything worked well so there is a conflict.

The Google Map of the event is just a grey square box and the URL of the website disappeared behind the grey square.

I’m no expert but I’d guess it has something to do with CSS.

I’ll appreciate any help or guidance.
