    It seems like I can’t get help from them for free because the person who made the website hasn’t given me proof of purchase of theme! You’ve never had this problem arise before?

    I have, yes – but a proper fix involves reworking the templates. You could achieve an interim fix via some CSS – just take a look at the source code of the page with your browser’s inspector to see what rules are affecting those elements (or ask your developer to).
