I’m guessing your event calendar plugin allows adding a description. Yes?

You could add a “View Venue” link in the description which links directly to en entry within Connections.

The link would be something like this:
domain.tld/directory-home-page/name/entry-slug

The entry slug can be found on the Connections : Manage admin page. Click the “View Details” link … it’ll be on the far right.

yes, we already do something like that to add the venues to the articles. What I was hoping to get was a pulldown to generate the code. As it is now, we have to get out of what we’re doing and then go lookup the venue, copy the link and then go back to the editor. Very cumbersome.
