Ver 0.7 prompts within fields not visible on Firefox Android

    I note that the prompts in the name and email fields are not visible when using Firefox on Android. Those prompts are visible when using Chrome on Android and when using Firefox and Opera on Windows.

    This is a fatal error, making the plugin unusable for many users.
