    Version3.9.9 is unable to proceed to Stripe checkout if the “create account” option is selected on the Checkout page. Instead, it will redirect back to the cart page. However, a pending payment order and user account are created. The issue does not occur with other variant products, only with simple products.

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    We understand that you are experiencing an issue with Stripe checkout. Since the issue only happens with simple products, it could be related to how product data is being sent to Stripe during checkout. Make sure you’ve enabled Send line items to stripe option in Stripe Checkout tab in the plugin.

    If you can share the logs from Stripe dashboard -> Developers -> Logs of the affected payment intents it will help us understand the issue better.
