Ver 3.5. Can't click "Insert/edit link"

Hi. Just upgraded and started to edit a page. Went to an existing link, highlighted the link, and clicked “Insert/edit link” but nothing happens. Tried the keyboard shortcut and nothing happens. Tried editing/creating new links on various pages, same result. Is it just me or is it 3.5 related? Any help appreciated.

On a side note, another challenge seems to be that I can’t move any widget items and existing widgets have been replaced with blank TEXT widgets that also can’t be moved. This is also a new quirk since 3.5.
