Ver 5.5.1 doesn’t recognize Hebrew title in the slag

When I was upgrading my wordpress to 5.5.1, the slag creator in the post editor didn’t recognize my Hebrew title.
If the title contained numbers or English letters beside the Hebrew ones, it ignore all the Hebrew and create slag from the rest.
If there were no English letters or numbers and it contained only Hebrew letters, it ignore the title and create a slag from the post number (even so the link format was posttitle).
Downgrading wordpress to 5.4.2 made this bug disappear.
That was happen to me in 3 different websites, hosted in 2 different hosting services.
