What need is only Verification code for my wordpress log in: https://truongthaidu.wordpress.com. My phone didn’t receive Verification code and I can not enter my wordpress.

Hi,

You can temporarily disable Security Pro's features by adding the code below to your wp-config.php file above the "That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging." comment. Note you'll need to remove it to re-enable the features of Security Pro.

define('ITSEC_DISABLE_MODULES', true);

If entering that code does not allow you to log in then the Security plugin will not be the cause of the lockout. If you need assistance entering the code above to your wp-config.php file you can reach out to your host and they will be able to help.

I'm not able to find an account associated with your name or email address. In order to have access to support, you must have an active subscription with us. If you can provide me with the correct information for an active account, I can direct you to the appropriate moderators. You may be able to see your iThemes username by going to your admin menu> Settings> iThemes Licensing.

Please note that if the account is in someone else's name, I would not be able to give you access to it as the account belongs to the account holder only.

Also, if you have the free version of Security, you will not have an iThemes account. Support for this plugin is community-driven and can be found here.
