    Hello,

First of all thank you very much for your plugin and for your help.

Yesterday I made a domain change on my website:

Before we had app.alotuyo.com and now we have changed it to alotuyo.com.

We now find that when we try to verify an audio we get the error:

    Could not resolve host: alotuyo.com

But when we test the audio in its url, it works perfectly.

Can you help us? We have cleared cache in the plugin settings but that did nothing.

Thank you very much in advance.

PS: here you can see an example of audio that fails its verification (https://alotuyo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Manuel-Heredia-Audio.mp3)

    David

I tried your media file URL with my own WordPress site and the file URL verified without any issues. There may be a conflict happening within your WordPress installation. Make sure core WordPress, all plugins, and your WordPress theme are up to date. This support document also has suggestions on how to diagnose conflicts within your WordPress installation:?

Also, if you know a media file URL is correct, you can still publish it, even if PowerPress can’t verify the file URL. Just publish the post as you normally would and PowerPress will add the media file to your podcast RSS feed.
