Verification Failed

Hi
I tried both ways for domain verification and they both failed.
My domain is in Yahoo and the host is in google. I had ssl set up previously but it is expired and now I can’t get pass the verification. (I do not have access to the person who set it up for me before)
Is there any reason for this? can you guys help to get over this?
