VERIFICATION REQUIRED cant login

Every time i log in i am now met with this message (and also my customers)
VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Additional verification is required for login. If there is a valid account for the provided login credentials, please check the email address associated with it for a verification link to continue logging in.

I tried by de activating other plugins and the message stopped as soon as i de activated this salon booking one.

How do i stop this? As we wanted to continue using this booking plugin but i cant find any option to stop this verification check
