    For some reason, the widgets are non-interactive on some pages while managed on others.

    The setting in Cloudflare itself is set to managed, as we want the people to actually tick to continue.

    The non-interactive seems to be blocking alot of leads.

    Hi Dylan,

    Thanks for the message.

    With “Managed” enabled, Cloudflare “will use information from the visitor to decide if an interactive challenge should be used”. If they do show an interaction, “the user will be prompted to check a box (no images or text to decipher)”.

    So essentially, with “Managed” it will sometimes be “non-interactive”, if the visitor passes the check automatically (without needing to click anything). Then sometimes it will require the tick to continue if Cloudflare needs extra confirmation.

    Currently, I do prefer the “Managed” option on my own sites, which seems to be the most effective.
