    On my site we allow customers who have purchased products to leave a review on said product and this seemed to be working fine until today when a customer brought an issue to my attention. I logged into his account and was able to confirm that despite purchasing a product 2 months ago and completing the order he was unable to go and leave a review on it. “Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review.” I verified he was logged in and we were on the correct product listing. This product already has other reviews from other customers.

    I switched themes to storefront and it still did not work, I turned off all the plugins except woocommerce and was still unable to get this to clear. I changed his status from customer to admin and was still unable to leave a review. This does not rule out that it could still be a combination of theme + plugins + status but I have done my due diligence. Upon further research there seems to be a known bug in this latest patch of WooCommerce that is causing this issue across the board. I looked on Github but also couldn’t find what the resolution is. If anyone can provide some support on this I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    I turned off all the plugins except woocommerce and was still unable to get this to clear

    so I understand that the issue isn’t related to our plugin but WooCommerce itself. Please contact WooCommerce support to get further assistance.
