The setting for Private / Live modes will apply only to new reviews. It will not retrospectively update old reviews. We cannot know which stores would like to keep their verified badges and which would like to remove them. Therefore, we didn’t implement any updates of the old reviews.

However, we see that you need a way to remove verification meta data from the old reviews. Therefore, we will add a possibility to do that. Please wait for the next update of the plugin – it will include a button to manually remove the verified badges from old reviews.

Yes, it is working ok.
But for now I modified the code to remove the verified badge from the website.
