    Hi!
    I installed WC and Stripe on a clients website and everything went well. After the setup I created a testproduct (50 Cents) and bought it with my own credit card. Just to see if everything really works fine.

    Later today I received an email that I have to identify myself by uploading documents. I did this, now I am waiting for answers. After I am verified I want to see that those 50 cents really are paid to my bank-account, just to have a proof for the client.

    I hope that – after everything worked fine – I can change all the data in the stripe-account so my client can takeover. Is there any problem in my plan? Or should I create a new account and tie it to the website?

    We are only able to support the way Stripe works on your website, not the Stripe account itself.

    If you have questions with getting your funds from Stripe, or other Stripe account verifications, you’ll need to reach out to Stripe’s support.

    Raphael, I can help you with that. This forum is for the WooCommerce for Stripe plugin, and if you want Stripes help directly, its https://support.stripe.com/contact. I can tell you that Stripe support is pretty decent too.
