Verify email before sending mail (2)

Hi, I was wondering if the second email that you can have sent could only be sent if the first email was delivered to the email given in the form. I would like to use the form to have people send me a message. They would have to give their email address. After sending the form the first email would go to that address people entered and only if the email was verified (so delivered to an actual inbox) I should get a confirmation to the second email I specified. Possible?
