    Hello,
we used mailpoet for two years very well. Now the sending stopped, and we don’t know why. We have 144 aktive receipients.
    The error is:
    Your key is not valid
Error validating MailPoet Sending Service key, please try again later (Contact your hosting support to check the connection between your host and https://bridge.mailpoet.com)
Error validating Premium key, please try again later (Contact your hosting support to check the connection between your host and https://bridge.mailpoet.com)

We’ve connected the host (Domainfactory), and there is no missconfiguration.
What happened with our account? Do you need the licence-key?

I hope, you can help us,
thank you very much and best regards,
    Janina

    Hi there @webwerkkoeln,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This happens when there’s something preventing the key check from running as expected.

Please contact your host and ask them to run the following command from the server command line:

    curl https://bridge.mailpoet.com

Let us know how it goes!

Hi Elvira, thank you for your response.
I think I have fixed my problem by set up a new mailpoet account. I had an old one (up to 2.000 mails for free), and the key seemed to be active. I set up a new one with the same url and email, so I get a new licence key, and now it works fine.

Thank you very much and best regards,
    Janina
