    I was unable to replicate the issue on a test website at my end. Do you have any cache enabled on this website, if yes, can you please clear the cache and check if that helps to resolve the issue?

    Since you didn’t provide a page URL where we can observe the issue, I was unable to investigate further. Could you please share the URL of the page where the issue is occurring so we can assist you more effectively?

    Additionally, please share an export of the form using Google Drive or Pastebin.com. This will allow us to examine how the form is configured more closely.
