  • Hi, it sounds like a (script) conflict with your theme or another plugin. Please try switching the FancyBox script version to another one on Settings > Media, the first option int he FancyBox section.

    Thanks for the reply.

    That is indeed correct as once I switch to newer, beta, script it works fine.

    However, with this version the images do not scale to fill out the whole screen on the mobile, which is why I need to stick to the older version.

    Any tips on how to fix this? For example, I would like auto height and 100% width on mobile.

    Hi, if I’m not mistaken, the fancyBox2 script version allows visitors to use two finger pinch/zoom to enlarge images further. Is that not working on your site?
