Version 1.0.2 is released

Some more code cleanup; certainly nothing major. Many thanks to qstudio for picking up on these and fixing!

I’m particularly interested in PHP 5.4 compatibility and any errors or warnings thrown, as some things have indeed changed between PHP 5.3 and 5.4. When reporting issues, please include the following details:

• Version of the plugin you are using
• Version of WordPress you are using
• Version of PHP you are using
• Any other plugins which you feel might be an issue (I know; this is a broad one, but if you have a print/pdf plugin from someone else which is active, it might be a good thing to mention this in your report!)
• What options you have set for the plugin

Providing these details should help cut down on back and forth posting to get the information, and help me focus my attention on what’s wrong.
