Version 1.1.1 is released

Well, so long, 1.1.0…

I just pushed 1.1.1 to address a couple nits:

1. The directory perms should really be set to 0777 instead of 0755 when creating the cache space. Otherwise, saving and clearing the cache results in not being able to write to the temporary space until deactivating/reactivating the plugin.
2. When author detail is set to None, then we need to suppress the “Author :” heading. This is now fixed.

Apologies for jumping the gun on version 1.1.0. Hopefully, 1.1.1 will save some people some grief.
