Version 12.5, recent reviews not added

Hi, running Version 12.5, free version. Trying to trigger download of new review but nothing happens. Has been like this for several weeks now. Last review downloaded is from January 2024 and there is 3 new after that. Running WP 6.5.2. What can be the issue? Thank you in advance, Emily

Hi, when I trigger the fetching I get an error marked “Unable to find any new reviews. Please try again or contact support.“. But I can see at the tripadvisor page that there are 3 new reviews available. I have tried to fetch them regularly over the past weeks now. What can be the issue?
