Version 1.3.1 Won't allow me to authorize Plugin

  • Hi There,

    I’m hoping you can help me with this frustrating issue. I recently got started with WordPress and am working towards building my site with the Genesis Framework+Child Theme. To get the look I’m seeking from the Child Theme, I needed to download and install a series of plugins. One of these was Simply Instagram.

    I was able to download and install the plugin just fine. However I keep received prompts indicating that plugin is not setup properly and that I need to authorize the plugin. When I click authorize, I’m directed to login to my instagram account. I enter my IG username & password and click “login”. Yet when I do so, the same login page simply reloads with blank fields for the username & password. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I have logged out of WordPress, logged back in, uninstalled & re-installed the plugin…and I still can’t get past the authorizing my instagram account stage.

    Please help! ?? What am I missing?

    This is the first time I’ve encounter such issue.

    Do you mean that you are stuck on Instagram Login loop?

    Can you go on this page on Instagram and see if Simply Instagram is in there?

    Exactly the same problem for us…
    And no, I don’t find Simply instagram in your link…
