Version 2.0.33 not working!

  • I have just updated Ultimate Member to 2.0.33 but the ‘add field’ box is empty, it doesn’t work at all. Is this known issue? Is there a fix? I have another site using UM that has the 2.0.31 version which still works – I’m very hesitant to update it now! Help please.

    Do you use Autoptimize plugin or any other minification/optimization plugin?
    Please try clearing optimization cache and browser cache and see if it helps.

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    Since caching was mentioned afwiw – For those of you on a Linux/NGINX setup (we use Ubuntu) just a heads up something in this reverse proxy caching scheme must have glitched today, and as I generally state is seldom an issue but think it was the only way out during some compile and fatal errors during other plugin upgrades.

    systemctl restart nginx
