    Hi Niklas,

    unfortunately another problem today. I use the current plugin version 2.0.4.

    This error is shown with:

    DEVICE_DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE Device Data is not available for processing this order. The PayPal-Client-Metadata-Id header value sent during Create Order api call is either missing or incorrect or there was an error in collecting required data. Please verify if appropriate value for PayPal-Client-Metadata-Id header is being sent during ‘Create Order’ api call. Please note this error only applies to payment_source.pay_upon_invoice at the moment.

    How can I/you solve the problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    We have resolved a previous similar case in the past, and we did have one similar report of this issue after the initial fix was implemented on this error.

    Because we only have gotten 1 report so far on this, we do have a bug open to get this looked into, but we have not yet gotten to review and/or resolve it yet. I will ask the team to review this case and to provide some expectations on this case.

    Hello @christian-abu

    I just had a talk with our lead developer, and he told me the following:

    This error comes from Fraudnet integration, if merchant is not from Germany? (or does not have Pay Upon Invoice enabled) and have Connection / Advanced feature availability & sign-up / FraudNet checkbox checked, could try to uncheck it to see if the error persist or not.

    This would only be useful if you are not using Pay upon Invoice, so if you are, you will probably need to wait until debug the problem to understand what’s going on there.
