I have a Russian “engine” for WP
this, then what does WP say:

The ultimate-member/index.php was deactivated because of an error: The plug-in file was not found.

after the update in the directory /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member is not enough files.

there is no WP “Russian engine”
release packages from https://ru.www.ads-software.com/releases/ and https://www.ads-software.com/download/release-archive/
are identical, but ru_RU archive includes
1. language files
2. translated readme.html
3. translated wp-config-sample.php

historically custom builds existed, such as “LeCactus Edition” but you shouldnt be using them
