    Hi there,

    my facebook account has different facebook page, I am trying to connect to one facebook page.

    At the “Confirm Settings WooCommerce Extension V2 will be connected to:” section

    the app only allow me to choose a wrong instagram account and even when I disable it, it keeps being selected.

    How can I choose the correct instagram account to connect?

    Please advise,

    I’m going to need a bit more information in order to further investigate this. You’ve mentioned that your Facebook account has a different Facebook page, but you’re trying to connect to one, instead. Would it be possible to provide me with more details on the setup that you’d like to achieve? A screenshot of the settings you’re referring to would be very helpful, too. You can use Snipboard if you’d like to create a screenshot link.

    tgordonwood has explained the issue in detail, you could choose Facebook page, but it only allow to choose one Instagram account also you cannot disable connect to instagram account.

    However that is not the main issue now, because I cannot connect to Facebook page at all:

    Thank you very much for your message and I’m really sorry to hear that our plugin isn’t working as expected on your end.

    @tgordonwood I’d recommend creating your own topic mainly to ensure that your replies won’t be deleted since it’s against the WordPress forum guidelines for users to reply to an active thread. There a few other merchants that are asking the same question about not being able to choose the correct Instagram account, so we’ll do our best to further clarify as soon as possible.

    @travelavenger Thank you very much for your response. As you’ve mentioned, the reconnection issue that you’re facing has been put into higher priority from our team since it has affected a number of merchants. We’re coordinating with the Facebook team to provide them with all the information the need to troubleshoot this as soon as possible. I’m really sorry to hear that your site is affected by this issue, too.

    I have also the same issue. Is there already a solution?

    When I want to reconnect this plugin I cant’t choose between my different instagrams-accounts. Only one option is available, and this not right one.

    All settings on my “business.facebook” seems to be right
    filled in. The right Instagram, Facebooks and Catalogus are connected with each other.
