version 2.2.7 – categories not appearing in slider

    hi i’m having issues with the slider on the Preschool and Kindergarten
    by rare theme.
    I’ve set it to display all pages and posts with the ‘Featured’ category. This was working fine until I updated your plugin. It is only displaying posts now, not pages.

    Thanks for using my plugin!
    Can you tell me which was the previous version number, before you updated to 2.2.7?
    The moment you updated my plugin, did you update other plugins/themes?

    It was the version before this one as I regularly update.
    I’m pretty I didn’t update anything else at that time.

    It’s a great plugin, and worked perfectly till now!

    Hello @jagdeepk,

    I have created a new version, please do as follows:
    1 – update to the 2.2.8 version.
    2 – de-activate my plugin
    3 – activate my plugin
    This will set all settings to the default values.
    Can you check/test once more or it works now again?

    Thanks for your quick reply. I updated to 2.2.9 and deactivate/activated it but unfortunately still not working ??

    Can you install the 2.2.6 version again?

    Does it works again like it should be?
    Let me know to understand better this issue.

    Display all pages and posts with the ‘Featured’ category, is this something from the theme?

    Hi Danny

    This is really strange – its still not working!

    It’s the Preschool and Kindergarten by Rara theme.
    Under Appearance > Customise > Slider Settings – there is an option ‘Choose Slider Category’ with a drop down menu listing all categories.
    I’ve set it to display the ‘Featured’ category.

    As I said, this was working fine before – it was displaying posts and pages with Featured category, but now it’s only displaying posts!

    This is solved:
    = 2.3.0 =
    * Correction settings page.
    * Query to select pages and posts from the same category adjusted.
