Version 2.4.0 missing in SVN tags folder

Version 2.4.0 is currently only available in SVN
trunkfolder. Please tag it correctly to make it appear in it’s owntagsfolder. Otherwise services like https://wpackagist.org/ won’t work properly.Thanks.
