Version 2.6.3 not working properly with woprdpress 5.8.2

Same issue here.
I was doing a new setup pulling my hair out thinking this has worked on other sites.
I then realised all the other clients have stopped tracking – all the updated versions at least.

Any fix?

Thoughts? All the old clients and even a new one with a brand new setup has stopped working.

Any update here? Looks to be the same issue as here, tel and email links not tracking like before the last update.

When I click on email links on the website I do see an event go out to Google Analytics.
Well, actually two, one with the global feature and one from click tracking.

Can you look for events with the category “Contact” and action “Email Link”?

Yeah an event fires in realtime analytics but no label. Seems to be the same for 30 odd websites since the update.

If the label is empty in the Click Tracking settings it will be empty in Google Analytics.

Did the label field clear?
In any case, you should edit these events and add the label.

For email links tracking, I can see that you also have it enabled in the General Settings tab.
