Version 2.6.65 and 3DS. Urgent

    Hello,

    We updated to version 2.6.65. Many customers can not make orders, they get this notification: “AVS rule street address not provided must be disabled when usig 3DS and the dropin form”. We use Custom form not drop in form. These customers use various languages for address fields: English, Russian, Czech.

    Can you give an example of a customer’s info where that error is happening?

    Specifically their name as I want to see if there any special characters which could be causing issues.

    If that’s sensitive info you can reach out to our support email and provide that info.
