    Hi sindhuphp,

Can you please elaborate on the issue you’re specifically facing? Are you unable to make edits via Page Builder directly? What edits are you specifically trying to make and are unable to do so?

I ask as the provided image is correct and is what you should be seeing upon clicking revert to the editor. Ideally, please don’t click Revert to Editor unless you no longer plan on using SiteOrigin Page Builder on the page you’re working on as the conversion process is imperfect due to the WordPress not supporting everything our editor does. In other words, you should not be making edits by reverting to editor.

    Hi sindhuphp,

Ah. I understand now. This isn’t a widespread issue so it’s very likely you’re experiencing a plugin conflict introduced in the latest update. What plugin we’re conflicting with, we’re not sure. So to work out the conflicting plugin you’ll need to run a plugin conflict.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Please note that while you can restore a backup, as this isn’t a widespread issue, we can’t work towards fixing this issue if you restore a backup – meaning the issue will likely remain so you’ll be stuck with the last version. As such, we strongly recommend you don’t restore a backup until you’ve completed the above steps. I would also recommend rolling SiteOrigin Page Builder back using WP Rollback rather than restoring a backup.

    Hi sindhuphp,

That suggests this issue isn’t directly related to the recent update. Hm. Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader is causing issues for certain people. Are you using Cloudflare / Rocket Loader? If so, please exclude WP Admin from Cloudflare. The linked article title isn’t directly related to this error, but the provided instructions in the article will tell you how to disable Cloudflare in the WP Admin directory.

Unfortunately, the data is stored in the same table as your eCommerce data so it’s likely not possible for you to restore the data without losing some of the newer eCommerce transaction data. Regardless, SiteOrigin Page Builder is stored in the wp_postsmeta table under the panels_data

    Hi,
I disabled caching for wp-admin Rocket Loader but my site slow?(Then my site working fine but loading problem) and cloudeflare people telling like this(Besides, I’ve set a rule to disable caching for wp-admin folder. Can I turn on Rocket Loader because this function can speed up your website performance.) What can i do now?

    (@alexgso)

    Hi sindhuphp,

To clarify, are you getting poor performance on the frontend or in WP Admin?

If the latter, you do not need to disable caching in WP Admin (although it would be a good idea as that area shouldn’t be cached – no performance plugins should be run there). You only need to disable Rocket Loader.

If the former, I don’t think this Rocket Loader change is the cause for the poor performance because excluding Rocket Loader from WP Admin won’t affect the frontend of your website. Unless you’ve accidentally disabled Rocket Loader completely or the cache – I would double check to ensure this isn’t the case. Are there any other changes you recently made that could have caused this?
