Version 2.0 broken

Hello! I’ve been using this plugin for a while and worked great, until 2.0 update from 1.5…

I think there is a problem with the right page loading. Until now, category sections and tags loaded ok

blog.com/ -> blog.com/page/2
blog.com/tag/current_tag -> blog.com/tag/current_tag/page/2
blog.com/categoryname -> blog.com/categoryname/page/2

With 2.0 update
blog.com/ -> blog.com/?page=2
blog.com/tag/current_tag -> blog.com/?page=2
blog.com/categoryname -> blog.com/?page=2

Also I’ve seen author removed previous version (1.5) so I can’t go back. I don’t understand why author did that when releasing a 2.0 version tagged as beta.
