Version 2.0.66 not responding

  • Today I attempted to add a NextGEN Gallery to a page and it didn’t work. I then went to an existing page and clicked on the image as I have done so many times, but nothing happened. I installed the newest version. I went back to my page and same thing, nothing happened when I click on the image. Normally that’s how I get the page where I can make changes to thumbnail size, which gallery to use, etc. When I click on the icon in the menu for the NextGEN gallery, my whole screen becomes covered in a black veil. What do I do?
    any help would be much appreciated!!

  • @abreck, did you try to activate a WordPress default theme, deactivating all other plugins and clear cache to see if the issue is still present?
    After that, if you reactivate them one by one, each time checking, you can see what plugin is in conflict.

    @abreck – The web site seems to be showing your galleries correctly and I am able to navigate as I understand your description. Are you still seeing issues in your Dashboard and editor pages related to NextGEN Gallery? … or did @tizz ideas help?
