Version 2.2.3 not installing

    I have installed dozens of blogs and never had a problem. But, I am trying to set up a new blog(fresh install) using the new wordpress 2.2.3 and I have gone over the checklist five times.

    But, I keep getting a 404(Not Found) error:

    The requested URL /wp_admin/install.php was not found on this server.

    I have triple checked the wp_config file and the wp_admin/install.php file is uploaded.

    It’s really got me stumped.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.
